3. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the final website delivery.
  • Failure to complete the final payment may result in withholding of the completed website or access to it.

4. Project Timeline

  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
  • Delays caused by lack of communication, missing content, or delayed approvals from the client are not our responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content (images, text, product details, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Review progress and provide feedback promptly.
  • Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any copyright or legal regulations.

6. Revisions & Changes

  • We offer reasonable revisions during the project as per the agreed scope.
  • Additional features or major changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are governed strictly by our Payment & Refund Policy.
  • No refunds will be issued once the project work has started or after the 24-hour eligibility window has passed.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The final website design and assets will be transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the website.
  • We do not guarantee specific sales, traffic, or business outcomes.

10. Third-Party Services

  • The website may involve third-party apps, themes, or services.
  • We are not responsible for any issues, costs, or changes related to third-party platforms.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to cooperate, delays communication excessively, or violates these terms.
  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
