Thank you for choosing our Shopify website design services. Please read our payment and refund policy carefully before proceeding with our services.

1. Payment Terms

  • We require a 50% advance payment to initiate the project.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final delivery of the website.
  • Work will commence only after the advance payment has been successfully received.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer a refund of the advance payment only under specific conditions:
    • The refund request must be made within 24 hours of making the payment, and
    • Work on the project must not have started within that 24-hour period.
  • Both conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:
    1. Request is made within 24 hours of payment, and
    2. No work has been initiated on the project.
  • No refunds will be provided:
    • If 24 hours have passed since the payment, or
    • If work on the project has already started (even within the 24-hour window).

3. Project Initiation

  • Once the advance payment is received, the project may begin immediately or within a short timeframe.
  • Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly if they wish to request a refund within the eligible window.

4. Agreement

By making the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Refund Policy.
